Introduction Getting Started Dashboard Features Support

1. Introduction

Welcome to Parallax Network (PLX Network) – a next-generation mobile mining platform. With our app, you can mine PLX coins, track rewards, build teams through referrals, and upgrade your account level over time.

Currently available for Android devices (via Google Play Store), PLX Network is designed to be simple, secure, and rewarding.

2. Getting Started

2.1 Download & Requirements

  • Download the app from Google Play Store
  • Supported Devices: Android smartphones (latest OS recommended)
  • Internet connection required

2.2 Creating an Account (Join Network)

  1. Open the app and tap "Join Network" below the login button
  2. Fill in the required fields:
    • Email (your valid, original email)
    • Password (must include alphabets C and S, at least one number, and one symbol)
    • Referral Code (optional): Enter a valid referral code to earn a bonus reward
  3. You can tap the icons on letf side to each field to understand the requirements
  4. Tick the Terms & Conditions box to agree
  5. Tap Join Network
  6. A confirmation email will be sent to your provided email address
⚠️ Important: You must confirm your email before logging in.

3. Logging In

  1. Enter your registered Email and Password
  2. Tap Login
  3. If login fails, ensure you:
    • Have confirmed your email
    • Entered the correct password format

4. Dashboard (Home Screen)

After login, you land on the Dashboard.

  • Balance Container: Shows your total balance
  • Mining Status: A green circle indicates active mining
  • Session Timer Container: Displays maximum time allowed to complete the session
  • Mining Details Containers: Six smaller containers show mining stats. Tap any container for details
  • Mining Button:
    • If you have no mining hash → Get Hash button appears
    • If mining is in progress → Mining ⛏️ status appears
⚡ Mining Rules:
  • Up to 5 mining sessions daily
  • Streaks count only if you complete all 5 sessions in a day

5. Navigation (Topbar & Sidebar Menu)

Topbar:

  • Menu button (left): Opens Sidebar
  • Profile button (right): Access user details

Sidebar Pages:

  3. Annocements
  4. KYC
  5. Streaks (coming soon)
  6. Team
  7. Settings
  8. About
  9. Logout

6. Wallet

In Phase 1, wallets are locked.

You can view your wallet balance but transactions are disabled.

7. Annocements

Official Annocements from Parallax Network.

8. KYC Verification

The KYC screen is locked until you maintain a 30-day streak.

Once eligible:

  1. Upload official ID card images
  2. Review instructions shown below the upload section
  3. Submit your application
⚠️ Important Notes:
  • Ensure a stable internet connection
  • Do not close the app during upload to avoid errors

9. Streaks

Currently under development.

Will display streak progress and daily mining achievements in future updates.

10. Team Screen

  • View your referral code
  • See your referred users
  • Track their KYC status

11. Settings

  • Change Password
  • Get Assistance (support)
  • Delete Account option

12. Profile & Account Levels

Accessible from the Topbar (right) or Sidebar.

Displays:

  • User data
  • Total balance
  • Streak count
  • Account level
Account Levels:
  • Silver → Miner
  • Gold → Pioneer
  • Diamond → Node

14. Logout

Available from Sidebar and Topbar Profile menu.

Securely logs you out of your account.

16. Security Tips

  • Always use your real data for verification
  • Never share your password
  • Enable 2FA when available (future update)
  • Use one account per device
